We are EXTREMELY happy with the Norbert's efforts regarding the VeriCentre setup.
What Norbert is doing is something that is very very difficult to get down correctly due to the high degree of specialization that's required in order to understand VeriCentre. To start with, the software uses dial-up modems, which are typically regarded as archaic equipment in the minds of today's IT professionals. Most IT guys don't know very much, or anything at all, when it comes to these modems. In spite of this difficulty, Norbert has always done his best to get us good working modems for this software. This is something that we've always appreciated.
Moreover, this upgrade was flooded with troubles and challenges, and Norbert has worked tirelessly in order to make sure that we have something that works, and something that works optimally. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE AT UMS WORK SO HARD ON ANYTHING BEFORE. Norbert deserves a very high level of commendation for his efforts. No matter what I say, I cannot stress how hard I've seen this man working for the last couple of days. Even as I type this e-mail, Norbert is still working on the computer in order to make it faster and thus easier for us to use.
