Like all great ideas, this business started from a simple concept: using
my computer skills to help my friends
in college fix their computer problems as leader of the college dorm's computer lab - back in 1992 in Hungary...
Then one day someone just asked me: "Norbert why don't you open a small business to help people with their computer problems?"
So now with almost 20 years of computer background I provide quality IT services offering a reputable service at a reasonable price and Doing Business As Secure Network Pro.
Secure Network Pro is the successor of Clearwater Computer HELP.
In April 2008 I moved my Business from Clearwater, Florida to Glendale, California and changed its name to Secure Network Pro and its profile as well.
Secure Network Pro supports the needs of computing and networking infrastructures of our clients business.
Provides direct network support and help desk for a homogeneous OS environment (e.g pure Microsoft Windows or MAC OSX Network) or mixed operating system environment (Windows, OS X, Linux).
Provides direct user support for Linux, Mac and Microsoft desktops/laptops as well as user access to corporate applications both on the network as well as through Remote access.
Secure Network Pro as a Systems Engineer provides specialized expertise within multiple systems, and software disciplines, as well as general knowledge of related disciplines, applications implications, and customer areas.
Perform in-depth analysis and technical support of systems software products, including complex problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support. In addition, as a Systems Engineer I assist in the planning and conversion for new hardware/software products; maintain currency, debug and configure related software products; and provide operating systems planning and evaluation for performance analysis, capacity planning and hardware upgrades.
As a Systems Engineer and System Administrator, Secure Network Pro provides support all segments of Secure Network Pro's clients integrated systems such us:
- Manages and perform design of server and application architectures.
- Manages and Performs the administrative operation and maintenance of server hardware and software.
- Develop and maintain system security and executes practices and procedures, monitors usage statistics and logs, monitors and remedies attempts to penetrate or corrupt server files.
- Manages and perform backup and restore procedures of all mission critical data, applications and systems.
- Develop and maintain baseline configurations and perform modification of configuration settings.
- Develop and Institute troubleshooting and incident response procedures.
- Troubleshoot system related problems.
- Act as a liaison between Developers, utilizing knowledge of technical organization and operations.
- Remain current in operating systems/software analysis and technological developments and applications.
- Recommend future direction or projects to management.
- Provide expertise and direction in the development or modification of software programs and applications to enhance an operating system.
- Serve as lead Web and Portal Master and SQL Database admin.
- Provide expertise and direction in the development or modification of software programs and applications to enhance an operating system.
- Monitor and track reports on LAN/ WAN events on Client internal systems
- Security Assessments targeted at securing the internal and externally accessible network resources
